QT Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its latest luxury lifestyle hotel, QT Singapore, marking the brand’s debut in Southeast Asia.
Located in the transformed Telegraph heritage building on Robinson Road, QT Singapore promises a stay filled with playful elegance and unexpected delights, bringing QT’s renowned service ethos—‘unexpected & unrequested’—to the heart of the city.
Norman Arundel, Director of EVT Hotels and Resorts, expressed excitement about the opening, stating, “After a phenomenal transformation, QT Singapore is ready to bring its bold and creatively charged hospitality to the heart of Singapore’s culturally vibrant district.” Featuring a new signature restaurant led by award-winning Chef Sean Connolly and a captivating rooftop pool and bar, QT Singapore is set to become a go-to destination for both local and international guests.
Charles Tan of Sunray Singapore, the hotel owner, highlighted the collaboration between EVT and Sunray in revitalising the heritage building. “This refurbishment marks an exciting new chapter for the tourism landscape in Singapore. We look forward to showcasing QT Singapore to guests and immersing in the vibrant design-led spaces QT has to offer,” he said.
QT Singapore’s design merges the building’s original neo-classical façade with QT’s signature bold and playful aesthetic. Led by Nic Graham & Associates, in collaboration with the EVT Design Team, the hotel features vibrant colours, woven rattan, and artistic touches that reflect Singapore’s cultural richness. The spacious suites, including Junior, Corner, Balcony, and Premier Suites, offer luxury with a whimsical twist, creating an unparalleled guest experience.
The hotel offers 134 redesigned guest rooms and suites equipped with superior technology, including iPad-controlled room functionality, Chromecast, and wireless Bose speakers. Guests can enjoy the bespoke QT Dream Bed and premium amenities like Dyson hair products, making each stay an indulgent experience.
QT’s Directors of Chaos, known for their exceptional guest services, wear bespoke ensembles crafted by local designer Hu Ruixian of Studio HHFZ. Inspired by Singapore’s multicultural heritage, the outfits feature the Vanda Miss Joaquim, the national flower of Singapore, as a central motif. Public spaces are adorned with evocative print works by Jill Tran, a renowned former Singapore-based artist.
The hotel’s signature dining venues, Cygnet and Rooftop at QT, are now open, offering guests unique culinary experiences. At Cygnet, guests can enjoy a Manhattan steakhouse atmosphere with a menu curated by Chef Sean Connolly, featuring high-quality proteins and richly flavoured dishes. The Rooftop at QT provides a stunning escape with innovative cocktails and a mesmerising rooftop pool, perfect for soaking up the Singapore skyline.
Located at 35 Robinson Road, QT Singapore invites guests to experience its luxurious hospitality and vibrant charm. Reservations for stays and dining are available online, welcoming you to expect the unexpected at QT Singapore.
