Booking lines have opened for one of London’s most anticipated hotel launches, as House of Gods prepares to bring its signature brand of maximalist glamour to Canary Wharf.
The new property will officially open its doors on 27 October 2025.
The luxury boutique group, already established in Edinburgh and Glasgow, is promising to deliver an immersive experience in the capital, with 79 rooms and suites designed to make every guest “feel like a star”.
At the heart of the new development is the Sacred Garden, a 300-capacity rooftop bar and restaurant which will be the first of its kind in Canary Wharf. Overlooking Eden Dock, the venue is set to become a prime spot for after-work drinks and weekend gatherings, with sweeping views of London’s skyline.
Guests booking before 23 December can take advantage of an exclusive launch offer using the code VIP LONDON. Perks include a VIP check-in with champagne, a £20 rooftop cocktail credit, a welcome with chocolates and House of Gods Prosecco, milk and cookies delivered before bed, a mimosa breakfast on the rooftop, and late checkout.
Founded in 2019, House of Gods has built a reputation for its maximalist design and decadent guest experiences. Backed by leisure investor Imbiba, the new Canary Wharf hotel marks the brand’s first move beyond Scotland.
Mike Baxter, founder of House of Gods, said: “Since 2019, House of Gods has been built on a simple promise: every guest should be treated like they’re famous. With our incredible new hotel in Canary Wharf, we’re taking that philosophy to dazzling new heights. London is our boldest move yet and every detail has been designed to make guests feel truly celebrated.”
The property’s location places guests close to some of London’s most iconic attractions, including the Museum of London Docklands, Greenwich, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
With its blend of boutique intimacy and maximalist style, House of Gods London is set to become a statement addition to the capital’s hospitality scene — and one of the city’s most glamorous new destinations.
