Hotel Co 51 has expanded its European portfolio with the opening of the new Element by Westin Wroclaw, the second Element-branded hotel in Europe and the first of its kind in the vibrant city of Wroclaw, Poland.

This 115-room property caters to the growing demand for extended-stay accommodation, combining sustainability with modern convenience, and targeting eco-conscious travellers seeking a home-like experience during their stays.

Located in Wroclaw’s Business Garden, a modern office campus known for its ecological design, Element Wroclaw is ideally placed for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel, which is managed by Hotel Co 51, becomes the fifth Marriott brand in the operator’s European portfolio, further solidifying its relationship with Marriott International.

The new Element hotel embraces a nature-inspired design, emphasising well-being and sustainability. Each spacious studio room is equipped with a full kitchen, living area, and spa-inspired bathroom, making it perfect for longer stays. Catering to families and solo travellers alike, the hotel offers a range of family-friendly accommodations and welcomes pets.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with the brand’s signature ‘Rise’ offering and relax during the hour-long evening reception, ‘Relax,’ held Monday through Thursday. For dining, The Salon Restaurant offers convenient on-site meals.

Additional facilities include a flexible fitness area, meeting spaces, and a laundry room, all designed to make extended stays more comfortable. For eco-conscious travellers, the hotel offers underground parking with electric car charging stations, as well as bike rentals to explore the extensive green grounds of the Business Garden.

The Element Wroclaw is easily accessible by public transport, with Wrocław-Mikołajów railway station just a three-minute walk away, and connections to the city centre and Old Town via tram and bus routes. Magnolia Park, the largest shopping mall in the region, is a mere 10-minute walk, providing guests with ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainability, the property has achieved Gold LEED certification and is pursuing Green Key certification, in line with Hotel Co 51’s dedication to embedding green practices in all its operations. The hotel incorporates energy-efficient insulation, advanced ventilation systems, and optimised water and waste management practices to minimise its carbon footprint.

Wayne Androliakos, CEO of Hotel Co 51, highlighted the significance of the new hotel, stating, “We are delighted to be further strengthening our relationship with Marriott International through this thoughtfully-designed property in one of Poland’s most historic yet modern cities. Element hotels were conceived to ensure guests wake up in their ‘element,’ and Wroclaw’s Business Garden provides a refreshing retreat. We’re confident this inspiring long-stay option will redefine Poland’s aparthotel experience and offer guests a true home away from home.”

Element Wroclaw marks a significant milestone in Marriott’s European expansion, offering travellers a sustainable, comfortable, and flexible long-stay solution in the heart of Wroclaw’s thriving business district.
