Key metrics collected include the percentage of positive sleep quality reviews, the number of high-rated hotels, and the average price per night. “Sleep quality is fundamental to a guest’s overall travel experience, directly impacting their energy levels, mood, and productivity throughout the day. After a long journey, whether for business or leisure, travellers expect to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to explore or tackle their day’s commitments. Several factors influence sleep quality, including the quality of the mattress, the softness of the bedding, the firmness of the pillows, and the room temperature. Therefore, hotels should pay attention to these elements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their guests.”
