The specialties of a-Ma-Re Capri, inspired by the rich traditions and authentic flavours of the Campania region, will delight guests at the renowned NOMAD St. Moritz 2025 travelling fair this February – a leading event in art, architecture, and design.
Building on its legacy as meeting point of art, architecture, design, and exceptional gastronomy, Jumeirah Capri Palace is delighted to announce its partnership with NOMAD St. Moritz 2025 – the latest edition of the prestigious travelling showcase for contemporary art and collectible design, founded in 2017 by Giorgio Pace and Nicolas Bellavance-Lecompte.
From 20 to 23 February, NOMAD will transform the iconic former Klinik Gut into a global platform for dialogue and exchange across art, design, and architecture. As the exclusive gastronomic partner, a-Ma-Re Capri will curate a special dining pop-up experience, offering NOMAD guests a true taste of Capri through a selection of iconic Neapolitan dishes.
Under the expertise of Jumeirah Capri Palace’s Executive Chef Salvatore Elefante, guests will indulge in timeless specialities such as ziti alla Genovese, eggplant parmigiana, and ravioli capresi, all crafted with the finest ingredients and traditional techniques. Further elevating the experience, a distinguished group of partners will contribute to the event’s refined ambiance and detail. Cantine Ferrari will provide a curated selection of wines and sparkling wines, while Ceramica De Maio, Zafferano, Onlylux, and Broggi will enhance the table setting with exquisite plates, wine glasses, water glasses, and cutlery, respectively.
