This October, the hotel will host exclusive football camps with legends of the game Wayne Rooney, Michael Owen, and Michael Dawson, promising an unforgettable experience for every young football fan.
This exciting school holiday experience invites budding footballers to train with Wayne Rooney and Michael Dawson from Monday 20 to Friday 24 October, with Michael Owen taking the reins to help young players refine their penalty shots from Monday 27 to Friday 31 October. These footballing legends will offer aspiring players top-tier coaching to help refine their skills while fostering a supportive and fun environment both on and off the pitch.
Designed for children aged 5 to 15 years, the camp caters to all skill levels, offering two hours of daily football training. In addition, the camp will feature a special match for parents on Wednesday, 22 October and Wednesday 29 October, giving families the chance to step onto the field alongside the iconic football stars in a truly memorable experience.
Held at the hotel’s outdoor venue, Janat Al Bahar, Football Escapes offers a dynamic and engaging setting for young aspiring athletes to develop their skills, supported by a team of UEFA-licensed coaches.
Upon booking, participants will receive a personalised video message from the camp ambassador, along with a signed shirt to build excitement. A personalised training kit will be waiting for them on arrival at the hotel, and at the end of the camp, each player will be awarded a custom medal to celebrate and commemorate their experience.
